What is the PLC Alliance?
 

The PLC Alliance is a telecom operator-led industry alliance formed by pioneers in the PLC field. The Members of the Alliance encompass leaders in the telecommunications industry as well as world-class equipment and service providers.


The PLC Alliance has three functional workgroups:
  • Business Development Workgroup - developing bilateral/multilateral commercial frameworks and driving business opportunities on behalf of the Alliance
  • Co-marketing Workgroup - developing a consistent brand and generating awareness of wireless broadband benefits to potential customers
  • Service Delivery Workgroup - establishing and supporting current/upcoming technological and interoperability issues and coordinating initiatives involving technical implementations
